oneflow.maximum()

Computes the element-wise maximum of x and y.

For example:

>>> import oneflow as flow

>>> x = flow.tensor((1, 2, -1), dtype=flow.float32)
>>> y = flow.tensor((3, 0, 4), dtype=flow.float32)
>>> flow.maximum(x, y)
tensor([3., 2., 4.], dtype=oneflow.float32)

>>> x = flow.tensor((1,), dtype=flow.float32)
>>> y = flow.tensor((3, 0, 4), dtype=flow.float32)
>>> flow.maximum(x, y)
tensor([3., 1., 4.], dtype=oneflow.float32)
